Challenge
Uni Fortis aimed to scale and launch a new SaaS platform, but their brand and digital presence did not reflect their level of expertise. This made it harder to position themselves as a reliable and professional partner for employers.
Approach
We started with positioning and identity. The choices made at that level were consistently translated into product and acquisition. By aligning content, UX and technical reality, a coherent and credible digital foundation emerged.
Activities
Process analysis, product analysis, stakeholder interviews, rebranding, SaaS application redesign, website design and development
Summary
Uni Fortis supports employers in navigating complex labour legislation, subsidies and compliance challenges. Their strength lies in in-depth expertise and the ability to bring clarity to a complicated regulatory landscape.
To support their growth ambitions, we worked on a more confident positioning, a more intuitive SaaS platform and a stronger acquisition channel. The digital experience now better reflects the level and role Uni Fortis fulfils in the market.

Our approach
Positioning and identity
We refined mission, core values and positioning to present Uni Fortis with greater clarity and confidence. The renewed identity supports their role as an expert and dependable partner for employers.
UX scan and product analysis
We analysed the existing SaaS platform to understand usage patterns, structure and friction points. This revealed opportunities to present information more clearly and better support users in navigating complex regulatory data.
SaaS platform improvements
Core workflows were simplified and reorganised. Data and legal information are now presented in a way that is easier to interpret within day-to-day usage.
Website and acquisition
The website was designed as a professional and structured acquisition channel. Content and architecture were aligned with HR professionals and decision-makers, supporting clarity and relevance throughout the journey.

Solution Implementation
In collaboration with the development partner, we carefully translated the designs into the SaaS platform. Through structured handovers and design reviews, we safeguarded consistency, quality and feasibility during implementation.
Results and Impact
Uni Fortis now presents itself with a more mature and consistent identity, supported by a clearer SaaS experience. The renewed positioning and product contributed to continued growth and ultimately to the acquisition by VCSW.
Uni Fortis was acquired by VCSW in 2025:

The collaboration with Bonjourney was highly positive. Their approach was structured, thoughtful and personal. They translated our input directly into a visual identity and website that feel consistent down to the smallest detail. The result not only looks stronger, it performs better as well. Since launch, we have received many positive responses. Earlier this year, we were acquired by VCSW, and our renewed products certainly played a role in that development.
